At NoSuchThingAsNormal, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible and fair return and refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of arrival to contact us at notnormal@nosuchthingasnormal.store to request a refund.

  • The item must be in unused, original condition and include any original tags or packaging (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and, if approved, issue a prepaid return shipping label to the email address associated with your order.

  2. You will have 7 calendar days from the date the return label is delivered to ship the item back to us.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Exchange

  • The process for an exchange is the same as a return; however, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost for the exchanged item.

Refund Assessment

  • After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for damage or signs of use.

  • If the item is returned in original, undamaged condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If the item is damaged or shows signs of use not due to transit or manufacturing defects, we reserve the right to:

    • Determine the extent of the damage, and

    • Issue a partial refund based on the assessed reduction in value.

Exceptions

  • Items returned after the allowed timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
